My Wife's timeline is:

Sponsor: Canadian/Brazilian Citizen
Submission Date: Feb 13th, 2024
AOR: Feb 22nd Feb, 2024
SA: Sept 9th, 2024, Moved to São Paulo Visa Office
Bio requested: Sept 11th, 2024
Bio given: Sept 18th, 2024
Bio passed: Sept 18th, 2024
Sponsor eligibility: Sept 26th, 2024
Medical exam request: Oct 1st, 2024
Medical exam: Oct 2nd, 2024
Medical passed: Oct 5th, 2024
Pre-Arrival Letter: Feb, 28th, 2025
Decision Made: Feb 27th, 2025
PPR: Feb 27th, 2025
Purport Sent: Feb 28th, 2025
Passport Sent back to VAC: March 3rd, 2025


I've contacted my PM on January and again on February and feels like it helped, and things were moving faster, make sure you do that only after the 10 Months of the application has been received.
Today the VO in São Paulo sen't her passport back to the VAC for pick up, they also changed the status of the application as Approved on the CGKey portal. We do have a COPR number on the tracking portal since Feb 27th, but no download option of the COPR anywhere. Does anyone know how long takes for the COPR be downloadble and how long it takes for them to send the COPR after they send the Passport back?

Hi VivBR, Her application was in Canada and got transferred to Sao Paulo when the Sponsor Eligibility got approved. If you want to contact the MP, you need to contact the one from the city where the sponsor lives in Canada and they should be able to help you. I live in New Westminter BC, so I contacted Peter Julian.
