File still in background check for security (13 months) but just found out file got moved from Mexico VO to Vancouver office - not sure if that is a good sign or not

I just checked your timeline .. your medical got extended... where did you check this Ecas or new tracker tool?
I sent web form to the VO asking if I would get a letter or if I just go and do a medical and they sent an email saying that they would extend it. GCKEY and ECAS have not updated since last July. New Tracker showed updated a few weeks later with new expiry date (not that PR tracker has not updated with anything else since last year even though I have sent updated documents ect)
Burnt, lost, tossed....
Can't call IRCC "can't transfer call"
Trackers (3) - not updated since July 2021 (medical)
MP - always helpfuls now "on hold for 3-5 hours untenable"
GCMS notes ordered May 2022 still waiting, and not replying

That is exactly what they did to our application…. I’m so frustrated

- MP "I have not been able to get through to IRCC. I was on hold 3 hours and 4 hours the two recent times I tried but could not get through. I will continue to try but the challenges abound and it simply seems that the IRCC has stopped responding to us in any kind of timely fashion"

- Got a Ministerial correspondence to an email I sent which obviously wasn't even read - the gist of it is stop requesting updates (only do it via MP), look at new tracker (no updates for 15 months)!!!
Ordered GCMS notes may 2, 2022. Instead of by email as requested, it was sent by mail. Received October 13th. Anyone guess what was inside? A copy of my application. no officer notes, nothing. over 5 months wait for nothing.
