Sat and passed the test today. Bit of a faff trying to get the photo of my ID to actually be readable on my tablet (was blurry as shit on my decade old PC webcam lol) but otherwise a fairly painless experience.
I'm sure if they don't like my driver's licence photo they'll contact me for yet another scan or copy of it...

My webcam is 2 years old and it still looked awful (I think the focus of webcams is designed to be where a head would normally be, not 5cm in front of the camera). Hoping that it's acceptable or they just ask for a scan. Congrats on passing!
@eagle922 any idea whether the testing system works fine in Ubuntu + Chrome ?

I would say avoid it if you can. Stick to Windows+Chrome.

I checked the tracker it shows updated on Sep 3, havent received any email and no changes in the tracker, Does that mean anything.

Mostly it will be updated with BG completed status, which you can see in a day or two.
congratulations on passing the exam, how was it? was it hard? any set of practice tests you found particular useful?
Thank you cyberkodi! I read Discover Canada once and used two apps in the Google Play store - the top two results when I searched for Canadian Citizenship Exam 2021. I did about 20 mock exams through these apps.
I found the exam to be much easier than the mock questions found online and in apps, however for all I know that could have been luck.
Unfortunately at the start of the exam you have to agree to a privacy notice which says you will not disclose information about the exam, so I can't share much more than that!
I have updated the tracker with the latest updates, sorry I have been busy for the past week. It would be great if someone helps out with the spreadsheet in case I was not available. Thanks all!

No that's absolutely fine, thank you, really appreciate your feedback on the apps, I'm using so many Canada citizenship test apps right now and want to make sure I concentrate my efforts on using the right ones. Many congrats again!

Congrats! I know you are cannot share a lot of details about the exam but I just wanted to know from your experience if learning EXACT dates and years is very important? I am a little rusty with those.
