medical and biometric done Nd updated on 6th March
After that no update
Dm is shows is good sign?

If they’ve approved you as a sponsor recently yes it’s a good sign. But the lengthy part of the process is with the applicant side. What visa office is your app with?

Both sides.
To answer your other question, every case is unique. You could have two files sent exactly the same day and one could take 12 months other could take 8.

I don't know where that claim is from. Although may depend on circumstances, of course.

But if anything, I'd expect possibly a bit faster in that there may be info in security sharing from allies, and possibly less indication that applicant is only attempting to get visa/status.

On its own though, not sufficient info to say longer or shorter.

Sponsor approval letter Sepseptember 22, saying case moved from CPC-Sydney to CPC-Ottawa
Quebec undertaking application sent Sep23
Biometrics done October 15
Quebec CSQ received November 2nd
Request letter by IRCC to get a copy of CSQ November 16
Quebec CSQ sent to IRCC November 17
Pre arrival services letter November 19


What next?
Any idea when confirmation of PR is expected?

I sent 4-5 follow up emails to the same email thread. But it doesn’t matter they, seem to be going by ticket id. Mine starts with 12373**
