Oh I see so I guess I’m mistaken then. I suppose that was just the letter to let us know it was moving and not that it’s actually there in Kingston. I jumped the gun lol. ECAS isn’t updated with that yet so I guess I’ll change the spreadsheet

No thats ok.. Your ECAS will look like this:

Permanent Residence

1. We received XXXXXXX application for permanent residence on February 12, 2019.

2. We started processing XXXXXX application on March 29, 2019. - (AOR 2)

3. We sent XXXXXXX medical instructions on March 22, 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us with the information requested as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

4. Medical results have been received.

I see. I can see line 1, 3 but didnt see line 2 though. In the line 2, its said they said they sent the letter (Biometrics).

I guess no AOR 2 yet.

hey guys,

i was wondering if anyone ever got this line in the PA's PR ecas status? If so, do you have any idea what this letter is about. Its weird that they actually sent a physical letter when we had given an email address for all PAs communication (who also has a gckey login from TRV application).

2. We sent XXXX a letter on April 7, 2019. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

AOR1 Apr 4
BR Apr 7
BR done and passed Apr 8
SA Apr 9

Can somebody please help us out? We made a mistake on the sponsor approval form and after receiving an email, sent the replacement document through the web form (as instructed in the email) last Wed (Apr 03). We got the acknowledgement that it was received last Fri (Apr 05). We have still not gotten any sponsor approval notification. Does anybody know how long it takes for the agent to review the new document? Should we mail in the hard copy as well or patiently wait? The email had said that going through the web would be fastest.

After getting a request to do your bio how long after do the get an email on where to go do your bio.

Can someone please help to confirm this...

On GC-Key, does 'Background check: We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information' means BGC has started?

If not, then what am I suppose to see on the BGC status line.

Thank you
