But did you submitted that bio metrics fees receipt to immigration office?
If you have already submitted the fees receipt you will get request in couple of days after they receive the receipt.
I paid it 3 days ago through the web page they sent to me

Payment of Biometric Fees
1. You can pay immigration fees online with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card if you have access to a computer with an Internet connection, Adobe Acrobat Reader software, and a printer.
2. This fee must be paid at the following link: https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/.
3. Click “Continue” at the bottom of the first page.
4. Select “Immigration” then under “Other immigration services”, select “Biometrics”. Note: “If you qualify for the “family” or “groups of performing artists” rates, only enter “1” into the ‘Quantity’.
5. Select the fee that applies to your application.
6. Click “Submit” and complete payment.
7. Once completed, send the payment receipt via the IRCC Webform at the following link:
https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx.

Look at step 7. Once you paid the fees. You should have got the receipt . you have to send that receipt through this link ( https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx ) to them.
That is a must step.

Thank you, i equally appreciate your analysis of the trend
In the past this used to be a step that only came at the very end, but in recent months there have been a lot of us (myself included) who have had this status from the very first day we linked to GCKey. Hopefully it means they are working on our BGC all the way through, but we honestly can't say with certainty.

Hey everyone
I need some help regarding extending the 30 days deadline that we have to get the medical tests done. Has anyone ever done it and what's the procedure?
Thanks

hey guys someone help me this question, We are done with Medicals, Biometrics and passed, but we haven't received the transferred to any VO office yet, is there any chance that people don't get their AOR2 and get the passport request ? or do we have to get AOR2 before getting the PPR.. there so many people who's application received after me got their file transferred already...
Same we all are in same boat! my file was received on Feb 14th and everything is passed and no transfer to VO yet!
However, some applicant who received an AOR way after my file, still medical isn't passed, got their files transferred. No one can predict CIC steps and what goes in their offices. May be my immigration agent is on vacays! lol

is it possible that file is transferred and we didn't get an e-mail or they started processing file at Sydney?
I am a November 30, 2018 applicant and have yet to be transferred to VO... in Mexico. So, don't hold your breath over these things!
Sometimes it takes a very long time. It becomes discouraging if you start to compare against others who are seemingly rapid-passed on here. Just sit back and enjoy the ride! :eek:o_O:);)

As soon as you can, submit a web fom detailing why you are unable to meet their deadline, with your proof of why not, if possible. https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

Under: Your enquiry (required), state your application #, situation and reasoning for requiring an extension. If you already have an appointment scheduled but it falls outside the 30 day deadline, just let them know, and upload the proof on the next page.

On the next page you'll have the opportunity to upload documents: consider including a short letter stating why you need more time. Perhaps upload your emails or attempts at scheduling, or your travel document dates if you must travel to get it done and it fails to fall within their deadline. Anything that supports your reasoning for needing an extension can be uploaded along with a short, simple note explaining your situation in webform. If the doctor's office simply cannot schedule you in time, but you have an upcoming appointment, provide those appointment details. *Be sure to quote your application #, UCI along with your names / birthdates in the notes and in your correspondence.*

Do your medical test as soon as possible and try to ensure the approved doctor uses the e-medical system. This will help upload the results in a more timely manner.

Once your medicals are done and submitted asap, you'll be fine. At this point, they cannot cancel or return your application over one missed deadline. They are legally obligated to provide you with at least one more opportunity to meet these requirements (according to a previous phone call I had with IRCC about documents and deadlines) or provide a 'final warning' to you based on one or more missed deadlines. For the first missed deadline, they will re-contact you on the appropriate BFD (bring forward date) and set a new date to check back to your application; it is definitely best for you to explain why you cannot meet their requirement. Proceed to have your medicals done and submitted as soon as you can. Not to worry, basically!
