During the last couple of days many people have received their PPR, CONGRATULATIONS.
I have noticed that they have all paied their RPRF upfront. This means that whoever, like me, paied it up on request, this will provoke some delay but hopefully not much. Best of luck everyone and just be patient.
It is actually written on the CIC web site. I hope I am wrong man, and I wish we both, and all of us sleep happily tonight.Your RPRF theory is purely hypothetical. I paid upfront on 8th Feb, simple travel history (U.K & USA) and i am the lone applicant and possess all the markings of seamless application and I still haven’t received my PPR.
According to what I have read, out of the 3600 ITAs issued, only 900 are completed in the given 6 month timeline.. Rest are Elite Club History..around 63000 ITA issued this year, including the 3600 yesterday. How many of them have been processed? They should really start making that information public too. My guess is 20000-30000 at the max
i strongly believe the theory that the Canadian Government is doing this on purpose. They are doing their best to keep the CRS at 460 range, which means most of the people who gets ITA are PNP candidates. This way they can regulate the number of people choosing to live in the provinces and also reduce huge number of immigrants rushing towards Toronto. I remember reading about these measures in CBC. I am not against them making the rules tougher, if they want only the best of the best so be it. But why cant they process an application timely they decide to issue and ITA and the candidate submits applicationAccording to what I have read, out of the 3600 ITAs issued, only 900 are completed in the given 6 month timeline.. next to impossible? I don't understand why everyone talks like IELTS is the most difficult thing in the world. I studied in non-english (don't know if that a word) medium school. I had no experience of using in day to day life when I first wrote IELTS academic in 2012. All I got was a two week practise at British Council itself. Got an overall 7.5 at that time which was more than enough.Even I believe this theory..
Also, I would like to add.. the CRS is that high as they want to increase populations in every Province and help people claim points for siblings or blood relatives in Canada as PR or citizens. Then only they will break the CRS of 460+ otherwise, aim for CLB 10 in IELTS which is next to impossible.
It is going to be very difficult now..
Visa office please...Hi everyone! Recieved PPR today morning.
