Congrats! 3 months is exceptionally fast! Did you receive any ghost updates?

I’m also Russian (but living in France) with spouse and 2 kids.
AOR 1 Feb
Fingers crossed, there is a Russian luck ;)
I do not remember any ghost updates. Just got an email today about a message in my application.

Hi, my AOR is Feb 4. I've just gotten my BOWP which also makes me a little bit worried in a way that my application is gonna take long time. (Otherwise I know a lot of people who got PPR before BOWP - that's give me an idea that they can "check" how far application is and by that decide if they should issue BOWP. But it doesn't have to be true, that's just an idea. Otherwise my app says 12 weeks estimated time left).

My stream is CEC inland and I apply with job offer too. I'm gonna stay with my employer but I was thinking about some extra part time job (couple of extra hours in a week) to get extra money. My question is - If I would do that, do I have to report this to immigration? Is it a "change"/"something new", do I have to inform them about it? If yes, what's the best way?

Thank you for your advice.

I have a situation again. My representative had a sad demise recently and i would have to provide a cancellation form for that. But my consultant is asking me to sign the form for another representative who is a lawyer and he has a clause that he would be having the access of my application and i will not be having any access wotsoever. Moreover the lawyer will recieve all the emails and he will update me. I feel as if i will lose all the control on my application. My question is does one really needs someone to represent the application.? Will i be okay if i dont provide any representative? Experts please help

AoA, I am FSW- Outland single applicant. Can anyone add me on wtsap group....my timeline is below:

ITA: 20th December 2018
AOR: 23rd February 2019
ADR: 30th March, 2019
Biometric Request: 1st April , 2019
Bio-metric submitted on 4th April , 2019 and no update since then. I called IRCC but the agent told me that there is no update and my visa office is London.

My advise is to cut them off. You don't need any representatives. I wouldn't trust any rep with that kind of policy. Take control of your own destiny. It's easy to do.

Thank you so much for your reply.
So should i also attach letter of explanation stating why i cancelled the representative or just the cancellation form is enough

I imagine this is just an administrative question for the IRCC - they just need to know who is authorized to communicate with regards to your account - and there's a form for that purpose. Why do you feel you need to do anything more?
