I also have the same issue coz there was no upload button available when they requested me to submit my Schedule A so I submitted it via IRCC Webform instead. But I submitted it without my handwritten signature so I emailed the visa office (because my application was already transferred) with an updated document and I got a reply after 2 business days that they already got my first document and there's no need for me to submit a new one. Btw, my visa office is Manila.

Have you checked your status from ECAS as well? You should be getting some updates there as well at least.

PA ECAs only two lines. nothing else. I am checking both everyday but nothing new.

I think IRCC web form is broken and not working. I just checked with MP and got them to contact CIC/IRCC, now CIC saying that they're still waiting for my Sched A and PCC which I've already submitted (Submitted over a month ago). I am trying to find a way to submit these documents again.

Do you think mailing these forms would be the best way to go? Jeez IRCC web form sucks and I totally relied on that system.

Just an FYI - After not receiving any correspondence regarding my Schedule A, I just submitted it through webform on 4/6. Still never got correspondence following. My husband was able to get on a call with CIC, and they basically said as long as you got an email receipt, there's nothing much they can do at that point and to just keep waiting. What's even more frustrating is that they would not speak to my husband since he isn't the SA.. But the CIC number only allows calls from within Canada and she said they don't have a number I could call directly. How does that help?! They estimated I should be receiving correspondence by end of May, ASSUMING my PCC and Sched A was received. At this point, it's just a guessing game.

She did mention there have been technical issues with the website, and to rely on Webform to submit your documents and inquiries.

Pretty frustrated that they rolled out this new way of applying for PR without working out a crucial, technical kink first. I'm probably just being impatient, but this whole process seems like a nightmare for some unlucky few.

Yes prince of persia mailing is an good option,even i have mailed yesterday those documents.
Its been more than 35 days since i have uploaded docs on IRCC webform and still they haven't recieved it. so i thought to mail it but do send on right address which is pox box 6100,station A,mississauga.As i have send on an address where we have send our application kit so i was bit worried and i checked with customer care and they told me that they will forward my docs to other address.

That is so true as they have brought new system before implementing so this is really frustrating.So i will suggest you not to wait for your sch A and PCC to be received through web form,please try to mail those documents as i did yesterday after waiting for like 35 days and they still haven't received those docs through web form and my cic account sucks big time.I simply hate new procedure and i think the old procedure was fine where you have to send all documents upfront only including your medical results as well.This immigration process sometimes is really frustrating and annoying.
