Hi Anna, called CIC and was finally able to get through. They said a portion of the file as been sent to the VO oustside Canada. MyCIC updated only showing med results. No update yet if they received Sched A that was sent last April 7th. ECAS was also updated to Meds received. Also, the agent said they still have not received IMM 5669 attached together with my file. :-\

I am still trying to get through. Still "high volumes of calls" getting so frustrated now... Is it advisable if I send another file again? Because, the reply the sent me was not connected to IMM 5669 which was sent last apr 4...

Finally 3rd line in my ECAS .. but i cant update it in the spreadsheet .. its asking for the permission of the owner... how can i do that ..?

Got an email from CIC this morning about resubmission of Schedule A (Cuz I missed couple months in the personal history column). So I uploaded the new Schedule A form this afternoon through myCIC account. Really happy that the request was in the my account this time so I could upload it in my account. First time I had to send it through webform cuz it never showed up in my linked account.

@ankrish - I was in the same boat as yourself. My account is linked and am not getting any messages. I uploaded our Schedule A and PCC on the IRCC webform 3 times over the course of a few weeks and every time I called IRCC they would say they didn't receive it. Thus, I just mailed it in and I called IRCC again to confirm they received it. Finally, I got an email yesterday that my application has been sent to the visa office. I would recommend just mailing the documents.

really ! after uploading 3 times through webform they did not receive ? thats strange !! I got a confirmation from ircc after 9 days of uploading in the first time ..and few days later they transffered my file .. good thing u mailed that .. CIC should know how terribly their system is working -_-

Same thing happened to me. I mailed it with tracking #. They received it the next day. Try to attach a cover letter with the following info - both S & PA - APP #, UCI, DOB, COUNTRY OF BIRTH. Hopefully it gets to the visa officer reviewing your file.

I mailed my imm5669 to the same address witha tracking number on april 8, 2017.

After 2 weeks, they still didn't transfer my file to the VO.

Nothing got updated.

Have you tried to call them to ask if they received it and attached it together with your file? My spouse has yet to submit her PCC. We asked for extension because some countries takes time to get it. Agent said that's not a problem as long as we explain everything in writing.

Also according to the agent, a portion of the file was already sent to VO outside Canada. They're still waiting for the PCC then they will send it to local VO and hopefully we'll get AOR2.

if you are mailing then it must be the original pcc..
