Everytime i called luckily i got an agent ..thats because i used to call at the early morning when they had just opened.. and also i used to try couple of times in a row . so be patient nd keep calling few more time in the very morning hope you will get them .. and the agent also told me that there will be no consequence of not having the application linked ..they will always send correspondence via mail or email .. but its better to call them nd let them know if you dont receive any response coz when i informed an agent she told me that she will send a request to cpc missisauga to send me the correspondence again .. and as a result i got the letter in the mail .. so good luck with calling them ..

THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I will call them tomorrow morning and also mail the scanned copy of the form that my husband has signed to the address you mentioned. Just to be on the safe side!! We had just mentioned my email so I'm pretty sure they will be mailing him instead of emailing...and I'm aware that will take longer too since he's in India. anyway thanks again..I'll keep you updated

Also for everyones kind information i am giving the portion of my letter that cic sent to me .. they gave me 3 option to send the document :

"1) Submit online: You are strongly encouraged to create an online account, link your
application to your online account, and submit the requested documentation electronically
through this secure portal.

2)Submit using the IRCC Webform form: You can submit the requested information/document(s) by using the Case Specific Enquiry form found at the following link:
https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
Note: When completing the webform, select “Sponsorship” for type of application/enquiry.

3)Submit by mail: You can submit the requested information/document(s) by mail to the following address:
Required Documents
CPC Mississauga / CTD Mississauga
PO BOX 6100, Station A / CP 6100, Station A
Mississauga, ON L5A 4H4
Note: Please choose only one of the three options above to submit your documents"

So anyone who cant get through the agents can follow the other 2 option to upload ur documents

Still no update from MEX VISA OFFICE SINCE MARCH 10TH WHEN MY APPLICATION WAS SENT

Hi,

In limbo like you also. Got an email saying file was transferred to VO in Mexico on March 13. Got another email on Mar 23 saying the VO got our email with Schedule A and Supplemental background declaration (which was sent on March 14), but to wait patiently (yeah right) as our file was still in transit.

Looking at the timelines from Dec and early Jan applicants, it has been taking about 60 - 70 days after SA until they request more information (meaning they opened your file), or else to get AOR2. There was a late December applicant who only had to wait about a month before getting a request for more info (usually PCC). However, I am not holding my breath that it will happen sooner. If I hear something by the end of this month, I will be very happy. But I am thinking I won't hear anything until May.

I got some questions to ask and it would be a huge help if anyone of you guys could answer. I received an email from CIC that They will send the request for Schedule A after 5 business days but apparently it's been more than 5 days and got no email from them. Is there any of you know why? Or is there any way to get it or reach them? Thank you!

Hi i was exact the same boat like you .. BUT I SUBMITTED a technical issue ..and got a reply after 9 days and they told me that they have confirmed my link of application and i will be able to upload all the future correspondence via mycic account but for now they told me to upload the form through ircc webform.. in the meantime i got a letter in the mail from ircc to upload my documents ..nd in that letter i saw that if um uploading through webform i need to hand sign it and then upload by scaning .. but as i only signed by typing ..so they have requested again..and this time i got the request direct in mycic account .. and i logged into and saw the messaged and upload option .. so make sure to print, sign scan and then upload if u r doing through ircc webform ..

1. When you are hand-signing the schedule A form to be uploaded on IRCC Web Form. Do you leave your digital signature (your name) and just hand sign beside your name after printing it? Or do you remove your name completely from that field before you print, and only hand sign on that field (i.e no name)?


2. I raised a technical issue about not receiving correspondence on how to upload the Schedule A from IRCC for over 5 day; after 10 days I got a reply from them that I should upload the Schedule A form on IRCC Web Form and they will attach it to my application. When uploading, what should I select under the "Type of Application/enquiry" field? Should I select "Technical Issue" so that they can attach it to my application, or should I select "Sponsorship"

I called IRCC to report technical issues. since, I have been seeing people undergoing on a same situation. I think this was because they have a new rule in the new kit, they're might be troubleshooting some technical difficulties. We might be the guinea pigs on the new system. To see errors and faulty actions to fix the new kits. what do you think?

1) you will handsign beside your typed name in the sign sec.
2) choose sponsorship nd then the appropriate one .. one cic agent told me that to upload form it has to be under correct catagory not under technical issue ..

Hi if you are mailing dont send a scanned copy . It should contain the real signture of the applicant .so.for mailing u need to validate print,sign nd mail it to them....scanned copy is for ircc webform ..

Its been more than a week since I uploaded the scheduled a and pcc using the webform. I havent heard back from them. When I called cic regarding this, they said it will take 2 weeks to get to it. Should I be worried. Should I resend the form and document?
