In my case they sent the correspondence on the wrong E-mail address. I was waiting for that msg for 25 days, got it just after calling them and asking if they have the right e-mail address. They misspelled it.

i am also feb 2017 applicant..they sent me Schedule A request on 2nd march and uploaded it successfully..can you plz inform me when you get the next mail from cic..as of now we are on the same stage.

Hi Anna ,
Go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp, choose sponsor your spouse blah blah outsudeside Canada,you need to fill out some of your information like uci no,application no etc and tell them you would like to summit your schedule A and at the end upload the form . Your form must have your signature on(not the tpying one ). Hope this helps ,any questions are welcome here.

Signature, you mean written signature? My Husband needs to print it and then scan the form and submit it to them? I will do that. Did they replied to you guys yet? It's been almost 10 business days...

Hi Anna, were on the same boat. We never got a request and instructions of Schedule. We're totally anxious about this. We don't know if we are going to wait for the request or send it directly to Mississauga. It's been 10 business days passed. What did you do on your Schedule A? Is there a "VALIDATE" button on your Schedule A application?

I haven't submitted Schedule A yet... I am still waiting for 10 days now too... Did you get any response to them by any chance? I am a bit worried now... Is it okay to send it directly to Mississauga? What did you do now?

When you send your Schedule A, does it need to be printed and signed (written signature)? I hope everything will be okay. When did they received your file? Thank you.

Finally got a update on mycic and its asking to upload after waiting almost 1 month .. reported technical isssue nd they fixed the account ..

Sadly, he never received any correspondence. So I'm really worried!! What should I do? I'm thinking of printing the scanned copy of the form which is signed by him manually...and sending to CIC as well along with an explanation of how we tried to fax it, submit it through web form and my husband still didn't receive any correspondence and its April 3rd.

BUT I SUBMITTED a technical issue ..and got a reply after 9 days and they told me that they have confirmed my link of application and i will be able to upload all the future correspondence via mycic account but for now they told me to upload the form through ircc webform.. in the meantime i got a letter in the mail from ircc to upload my documents ..nd in that letter i saw that if um uploading through webform i need to hand sign it and then upload by scaning .. but as i only signed by typing ..so they have requested again..and this time i got the request direct in mycic account .. and i logged into and saw the messaged and upload option .. so make sure to print, sign scan and then upload if u r doing through ircc webform ..

Yes! I am having that same problem. I called IRCC today and they told me the same thing. I am sending it tomorrow. After you uploaded the form at your MyCiC account, how many days it took before they send you another response?

Yes! I am having that same problem. I called IRCC today and they told me the same thing. I am sending it tomorrow. After you uploaded the form at your MyCiC account, how many days it took before they send you another response?

HI Anna i never uploaded my documents through mycic account in the first time .. i uploaded through ircc webfrom and exactly on 9th day i got an email from them saying that they have received my document and forwarding to responsible office for further consideration .. and si as that was not correctly uploaded so they have requested a replacement of schedule A ..nd this time i can see it through mycic account ..

Also for everyones kind information i am giving the portion of my letter that cic sent to me .. they gave me 3 option to send the document :

"1) Submit online: You are strongly encouraged to create an online account, link your
application to your online account, and submit the requested documentation electronically
through this secure portal.

2)Submit using the IRCC Webform form: You can submit the requested information/document(s) by using the Case Specific Enquiry form found at the following link:
https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
Note: When completing the webform, select “Sponsorship” for type of application/enquiry.

3)Submit by mail: You can submit the requested information/document(s) by mail to the following address:
Required Documents
CPC Mississauga / CTD Mississauga
PO BOX 6100, Station A / CP 6100, Station A
Mississauga, ON L5A 4H4
Note: Please choose only one of the three options above to submit your documents"

So anyone who cant get through the agents can follow the other 2 option to upload ur documents

Everytime i called luckily i got an agent ..thats because i used to call at the early morning when they had just opened.. and also i used to try couple of times in a row . so be patient nd keep calling few more time in the very morning hope you will get them .. and the agent also told me that there will be no consequence of not having the application linked ..they will always send correspondence via mail or email .. but its better to call them nd let them know if you dont receive any response coz when i informed an agent she told me that she will send a request to cpc missisauga to send me the correspondence again .. and as a result i got the letter in the mail .. so good luck with calling them ..
