I sent my application on Feb 10th 2017 and they received 5 days later. I am BEING sponsored as my wife in Canada is sponsoring me. Neither her or me have received anything in the mail so far. I see people talking about emails, who is supposed to receive an email? The sponsor or the person being sponsored? And does the email come before or after the letter in the mail or?

Thanks I tried that too but dint work.

I have received my email to link the Spousal application.I have tried all possible combinations as suggested on this forum nothing has worked Is it because I created a GC key on behalf of my wife using her email address. My wife is in India and I understand that this linking has to be done by the PA only. So, since I created this GC key from Canada the application is not being linked?

Follow the steps below one-by-one, it worked for me:
The combination of information that I used to find the application (finally) was:

1. Logged in with GC Key account.
2. Permanent Residence > Family Class (Spouses)
2. Application Number and Family Name - Copy/pasted application number from email (including the F) and entered PA's last name.
3. City of Birth - I entered 1 space (hit spacebar once)
4. Country of Birth - Selected PA's country of birth
5. Passport Info - Did not enter any passport info
6. Other Application Info - Filled out the other application info as per our application and put '2' as the number of members in the application. I am sponsoring my wife, no dependents.

It popped up saying 1 application was found. Hope this helps someone trying to link their account.

As well, we live in Sweden and just looked that the only Panel Physician available in Sweden in in Stockholm. We live down near Malmö. Does this mean my wife will need to travel the 7 hours to Stockholm for this examination?

Seems pretty crazy if you ask me...

Nothing special for the spreadsheet.

Normally yes, the PA would have to go to the nearest Panel Physician (it is a 1 hour flight, not too bad).
You can probably call IRCC and ask them if it is ok to go to Copenhagen. Call the Panel Physician in Copenhagen and ask them the same question.

I actually am in CPH a fair amount so could be an idea to contact them. Wife could just make the trip with me I guess. Will look into this option...

Hi all, since I still haven't received any AOR more than 1 month after package delivered on Jan 24, 2017 by courier, I just called CIC today about my case, the person sounds very helpful but unfortunately he couldn't locate my package, he said not to worry since the package was signed and received by a person via courier, perhaps they just not yet open a file for me. I did ask about the timeline for AOR but he said no timeline for outland application, and they are processing up to Feb 15 for inland. I also asked whether he can check with the person who received my package but no, this cannot be done. He suggested me to call again if not receive AOR after 3-4 weeks.

I am actually quite worried now, seems nothing they can do even I call them again after 3-4 weeks, should I send them a new package now or what else I can do? Perhaps I should fly over to Mississuaga, walk up to their office, and grab the person and ask him face to face where he put my package.

Really need some help here.

This happened to me as well. I called them thrice. On the third time I got someone who informed me that my application was sent back to me (he had a note saying that there was a form that was either incomplete or missing).

My suggestion, call them again in a day or two, give them your Receipt number and ask them if its there or if the package is with them or is sent back, they should be able to locate it like they did mine.
