Htquach is right. The fact they want a remedical is a good sign and points to your file being almost done. Usually they would extend the validity of it if it's the only thing holding up ppr but not always. If it expires in November they are asking for it bc even if they send ppr now today it would likely be beyond your medical validity by the time you get passport back with COPR.

Hello everyone! I hope you're all well. We received an update from MyCIC today to notify that the application has been approved and the COPR has been issued! We have until January 21st to land. We're over the moon!

This forum has been the best, many thanks to everyone who helped answer our questions and managing the spreadsheets. I will of course come back as soon as he gets his COPR in the post. Good luck to everyone still waiting, it's a long frustrating road but we'll all get there in the end.
