Very frustrating. Submitted my Dutch Police Certificate (Certificate of Good Conduct) and received this email:Nevertheless, it states clearly on the website: from here: cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/europe/netherlands.asp

I've emailed back, but I'm annoyed that this will delay the process... >:(

Same happened to us (dutch also)! But we resubmitted the police certificate untranslated, with a message saying that the website states that it doesn't have to be translated. This time they accepted it... we got a reception confirmation.

But since then no news. Its been more than 30 days since we submitted the document. I'm wondering when we'll get DM like all the other February cases in processed in Ottawa...

Hi there i have applied for my wife under Family class in February 2016, she lives in India and wants to travel to USA for few months so we can meet in US. I was wondering if she gets passport request while still being present in USA, then does she have to go back to India to submit passport to VFS office? or can she stay in USA and submit her passport from USA? and then enter Canada from USA?
Thanks for your help in advance!

@ rahul17387 , May i ask your timelines, i started application for my spouse on Feb 11 and is still under processing.

Glad to hear that they acknowledged this! I still haven't heard a thing, despite submitting it on May 27th. Did you email it or send it via snail mail or both?

BrettyMac in January, DBHC and nique. The longest time between AOR2 and decision is 96 days (November) since Ottawa started to speed up. Those applications with document requests were between 60 to 96 days. So it shouldn't be too much longer.

In the recent past, the document request applications usually seem to get processed together. Maybe this week? Maybe early next week. ::)

Hello everyone, hope you all doing great! am from Mauritius and I sponsored my wife from Mauritius. After sponsor approval, our file got transferred to Pretoria in February and was received in April. The last update we got was medicals received.
Does anyone have any idea how much longer do we have to wait for the next update? :)

DM! ;D

PS Strangely, while the Permanent Residence Application Status says Decision Made the Sponsorship Application Status still says In Process. Is that normal?!

We haven't heard anything either.
And all the other 2016 Lima applicants haven't heard, their applications were received in the first few weeks of January.

Our processing time was 9 Months, now has been bumped up to 10 Months
I honestly am happy for everone who is getting their DM's and CORP but i try to stay away from the forum these days because it just depresses me

I haven't heard anything from Bogota VO since AOR2, it's been more than 2 months. My husband and I ordered gcms notes on the 3rd, hopefully we receive them soon. My husband is currently visiting me so I haven't been to anxious, but once he leaves back to Canada, anxiety will come back.

You're so lucky that your husband is visiting!!
We heard on April 6th, they requested addtional police certificates which we submitted on April 11th. The next day we received a confirmation email and nothing since. But that's not what worries me.

We ordered our Notes last Month and turns out our file is in registry which means noone is even working on it. It's collecting dust on some shelf. THATS what frustrated me. Every other Vo seems to be activly working on applications, but apparently our VO has other priorities right now :'(

Should be receiving our second set of notes within the next 2 weeks, ii honestly don't know what i'll do if its still in registry.
Lima applicants last year were approved within 3 Months, we are at 4 Months exactly today, and nothing
