Thankyouu officer. As I live in Swat Pakistan. My closest office is islamabad but will I need to go there or send them through tcs??

I am from Peshawar :D:D. So good to see you fellow member.

Anyways here is the contact number call them:

+92-51-8439344

Ask whether you can send it through TCS or do you have to go to Islamabad office, I know it is quite a bit of a drive.

Well notice of assessment should be fine as well because in the latest checklist, there's no Option C printout requirement anymore. Instead, they ask for notice of assessment. Everything will be fine :)

Thanks for clearing this out! I would seriously go crazy if they sent our application back, specially because we were supposed to file ours last year but lots of things happened and we had the chance to do it until February, in fact I'm waiting for the case number so I could get my medical exams once again because mine expire in two days. :-[ :-\

I will be really happy when we all receive AOR or SA... anyone else wake up in the middle of night thinking they forgot to sign a form? :-X

AmandaCanDR1 applied five days before me and already got her application returned to her for missing a document. I take it that depending on when you submitted your application, it would not take much time for them to send you everything back (if that is the case). I think that in total it was 22 days after she sent in her application that they returned it to her.

I sent my application Feb 15. If that's the case, then I should be expecting a letter regarding a missing/wrong document by next week, but I hope not. I'm currently praying for a more considerate officer. ;D Anyway, thanks a lot responding. Good luck to everyone of us waiting for AORs and SAs! :)

It's been 23 days since CIC received my application. Thus far, I've discovered more than one error in my application. Specifically, I submitted the outdated generic application IMM0008 and country specific instructions IMM3904 - the latter resulting in not only the missing information on the back of my husband's photographs but also the wrong size of photographs. I'm really hoping these are minor mistakes that won't warrant a return of our entire application.

Haven't received any notifications about my mistakes yet if that helps.

Oh no! But let's just hope and pray that the officers would be more considerate when looking into our papers. My application was received Feb 15, I guess yours was received 4 days earlier than mine. Kindly, give us a heads up in case you'll receive any notification. But hopefully you'd be receiving your AOR instead. :)

I had made a few mistakes on my application before being approved to sponsor, and they allowed me to email the copies when I fixed them... Hopefully they allow the same if anybody else has made mistakes!

so looks like , people who applied in December had an average of 55 and 65 days of getting AOR and SA respectively , as compared to applicants who applied in January had an average of 43 and 53 days of AOR and SA , so i guess CIC has picked up the pace in processing the applications .

Hopefully February application processing would be much more quicker.

I will be very relieved when I receive my AOR. My only anxiety is arising from incomplete application. Once I receive my AOR and SA, I can take a deep breath because I know the application won't be returned. And from that point on, if there is anything missing, my wife can just submit it to them.

Having said that, 34 days gone, 9 more to go until I hear something from CIC. (I averaged 43 days for AOR).
Even have a countdown timer on my phone hahaha I know I am not making it easy for myself but what can you do 8)

Thanks for that, knowing that was a relief. I think emailing the documents needed would be faster rather than returning my entire application documents. In that way, the document would go directly to the officer who requested for it.

I just received a letter requesting a completed Additional Family Information(IMM5406). I did originally send this form, but I guess there is some missing information...

The address to send it to is:

Application Intake-FCP
CPC Misssissauga / CTD Mississauga
PO BOX 6100, Sattion A/ Cp 6100, Station A
Mississauga, ON L5A 4H4

This is a different address than the one I sent my application to. Does anyone know if there is a courier address for this department?
