For Mississauga it varies from 21 days to 145 days.

Seeing as I am already past the earliest point - now I am hoping it comes around the average mark of 90 days

You're right, 151 days is not bad at all. (When I started this process I was prepared for 17 months...)

If you check out the November 2015 sheet for Ottawa, all but maybe a couple have received DM and a couple have already landed. And this is back when it was taking about 68 days to receive SA.

That gives me a lot more hope than the overall 2015 time sheet. I don't think it's a coincidence that after Trudeau was elected things sped up quite dramatically lol.

I received addtional docs request today: the csq and RPRF.
I have a few questions:
1-They asked me to mail the RPRF to mississauga is that normal?
2-Does the additional docs request means they are working on the application?
3-and if they are working on it do they stop processing the application and wait for the papers or they continue normally?

Hi all,

I received my SA yesterday.
I had sent my Outland file on feb 4.

My spouse is staying with me here in Toronto. She is currently on post graduate work permit(which got approved recently till March 2017).

I was expecting that because she is already in canada file should have been sent to ottawa, but in the SA email, I received yesterday, they have sent it to New Delhi (home country).

Does anyone have similar experience who have their spouse in canada and file is sent back home and not ottawa ?

Although CIC emailed it to me the sponsor instead of my wife lol.

It seems your file was transferred, unless you checked the box to continue processing if you weren't found to be an eligible sponsor I think it means you were approved and they didn't send correspondence.

You should call cic call centre and find out.

Congratulation.. Usually, If you has filled Representative form and become presenter for your wife , CIC will send all emails to you.

That's the thing though, we never did send the Use of Representative form to CIC and she did not name me as representative.
