It should be considered the stimated time in days or the "working on applications..."?

Can someone please tell me how to add a timeline on the left side of the margin?

Thanks,

Once you've commented 10 times, your account settings will change and give you the option to add the timeline. :)

Hello Everyone

I just wonder if anyone had the same message while sending package via Canada post to CIC MIssisauga

Attempted delivery. Notice card left indicating where item can be picked up. :-X :-X

I am confused how can CIC go collect my package if Canada post left that Notice Card !
Any help ????

Just received my SA.....so happy

Anyone from UK heard anything yet? I submitted my application for family class sponsorship on Feb 16th and haven't heard a thing. Tried checking my application status on the CIC website using my receipt number, but it says it can't find me.

Starting to worry now...anyone got any advice?

Hi there. Click here to see the processing time for stage 1. You will see that they are working on February 4th applications. In practice this means they are slightly ahead of that date.

62 days from Feb 16th is April 19th, you will probably get an acknowledgement of receipt around the 19th and you should get sponsor approval shortly after.

I am an admin of the London outland spreadsheet (link in my signature). Would you like to join the spreadsheet? If so please provide:

-Date application received in Mississauga
-Whether you applied as Married or Common-Law
-Date of sponsor approval
-Which office is processing Phase 2 of your application (will say on your sponsor approval letter/email)
-Date(s) of any other requests you've had
-Whether or not the principal applicant is non-visa exempt
-Current location of the principal applicant- closest major city is fine if you don't want to be too specific!

Thanks,
Andrew

Thanks Andrew. I have just followed the link and I notice that the processing times for London are 29 months! When I submitted my application, it said 12 months. Do you know why it has increased so much?

They took over all the processing from another visa office on top of what they normally look after. However if you are from the UK it should not effect your time to process.

Chris.

Chris, does this mean that I'll still be looking at 11-12 months?

Congrats :) You're February 9, 2015 applicant? I'm February 4th, 2015 applicant. :D

February 17 applicant, still no AOR. Have any February applicants successfully called the CIC to ask what's going on?

If anyone has the number handy, I'd appreciate it.

I was able to get my file number due to my wife having a UCI previously, but I am Feb 17th and I have not officially gotten a AOR. That said, my wife's ECAS says application was received (I don't have ECAS yet).
