February 2014 PNP applicant that already submitted their application to NS CIO

no updates for feb. But someone in "Dec" thread claims to get an IP status even when he/she is a Jan applicant Good news or just a tease!! no one knows

one of my friend who applied PR on last week of DEC 2013 got DM today :0


just for the update guys.


etc. funny part is first two letters on his file number is same as me. does that mean there might be a chance that same officer will take a look into my file too? LOL

Did you mean first two letters "EP....." On your file number? I think it stands for the category of PR PROGRAM LIKE EP FOR economic group like provincial, skilled etc. I don't think it has anything to do with the agent.

he got IP in last week of June 2014 (26~27ish) ---> for detailed timeline if you wanted

It's all right buddy. I understand your frustration.i am equally frustrated and I try to understand CIC'S processing method but I fail everytime I think I understood something lol

I see what you mean LOL but I am not even frustrated I gave up on understanding how they process things long time ago since Nomination.
They stamped my nomination to send on first week Feb 2014 and I got it in first week of March (they were sending it from Edmonton to Calgary 3hr drive at most).
I was like is this actually xxxxing happening LOL. are they using wagons to deliver mails or what
I would be able to apply in Feb but they delayed a month since they were lazy ROFL but now I am even thankful for them not to forget to send my nomination.

Expect the least then we will be very thankful

I second that. LOL. I waited weeks after my interview on phone with PNP to get my nomination letter. I had to call them before they sent me my nomination. But that is all history now. I am thankful I got my letter. However with CIC I didn't get any additional doc request or any reminders since My med request. That makes me really nervous. If only someone can tell me if that is normal for CIC? I m tired of seeing application received on my status.

Have you paid RPRF and PCC when you submit your application to CIC?
then they might just think that you are good to go for next step.


In my case, I submitted PCC but didn't pay RPRF and they requested me to pay RPRF on 22nd May only.
From the threads I see around here, CIC send you the reminder mail if you are missing something such as PCC, RPRF and missing documents ETC.


so I think you are find bud if you did all those.

I hope so But they stopped working on the file received after DECEMBER 19 .No IP from last 10 days for any of december applicant.
Fingers crossed.
