February 2014 Outland Applications?

I'm hoping ours is also straightforward. We have no previous relationships, have never lived out of our home countries. They might question why we are common-law and not married, but I don't want to have a wedding until I can explain to my family that I am gay and I keep resisting that step. We've been living together for 4 years now, attended each other's family functions, met dozens of each other's family and friends, have lots of pictures to show it, etc.

have you called them yet? I never received a letter/email about SA, but when I called they said I was approved march 26th, and file was transferred to Moscow.

Yeh. I did. They confirmed that there is a indeed a delay from Mississauga office, as they are checking something. I have was asked to wait till May 26 before cic allow me to contact Mississauga, if no update is done before that.

I will give them a call next week as well. Let's see.

Yes, In the applicant one you can see only his/her information about the applicant. And in the sponsor you can see both, first and second stage

I doubt anyone has gotten PPR yet . I know for the Moscow office, they just request the passport at the end.

That is not really true. There is no delay in CPC-M. They have already sent out AORs and SAs for March Applicants like myself. The problem is that the people you talk to when you call the service center have different level of experience. My advice it to keep calling until you get someone who can tell you why your SA is taking so long while people who submitted applications in March have already recieved SA.

I believe he is seeing that on ecas. Paris is a very fast VO.
