hum.. I'm not sure man to be honest I did all my application thru attorney and he had me putting every freaking thing I did in Canada in those schedule forms, even eating popcorn haha, my Lawyer said that CIC hate gaps, but I don't think it's a big issue, I didn't submit my NOA for this year, I sent my last year's one tho.

Ever since I read that thread I can't even enjoying eating popcorns :(, I think I made biggest mistake but it was unintentional. I did helped my other work place some times during I was working full time at my primary place. For Instance time to time Manager asked me to come and help him sometime couple of times in weeks and sometime after months

Ali..

How big is the difference? money wise? if its like under $1500, I don't think it's a big deal.

I don't think it's an issue man because you can have like overseas income or transfer. Or you can have RSPS or shares, that you filed in ur taxes. It's not an issue, the thread u r talking about, I think there is more into it than NOA & T4 difference.

Dun wooooooooooorry and have some pooooooooooooooopcorn

Its not a mess and you don't have to worry. I too have difference in amount between NOA and T4. It can be other cash income.

But, I have almost $4,000 difference and I also have my other work's T4.

If they ask the prove of this amount than?

You can just say it is my Cash income and you have no record of it (you were paid cash when you occasionally worked at some catering events in weekend). You only sent T4 related to your application. But what about other T4 or other cash income which are not related to your application? You didn't send it but you did file your tax return which has all income from year 2013 and that why NOA and T4 you sent wont match.

In my schedule 8, i entered dates as Sept 4th 2012 until Aug 31st 2013 which is 12 month period. I joined on 4th as sept. 1 and 2 is weekend and 3rd is long weekend. I am assuming that this is fine with the 12 month period experience. Also i have 35 hours of work for a week. I got AOR. I think am fine here considering the 12 month timeline for eligibility and it might have been validated during AOR.

I am not very sure about your work experience. Complete 12 months would be from Sept. 4th 2012 until Sept.3th 2013 and that's the minimum time you need in order to apply. It's always better to add some days to be on the safe side.

CIC needs 30 hours a week of full time work, so you sould be OK
