Hi all, quick question.. My husband was called up for an interview on oct 16, as some of you may know. It says to confirm if he can make it, he replied to the email and confirmed it that way.. is it enough to reply or does he need to send some other type of letter to say that he is able to attend?

Replying to the email is enough as long as it included his file number.

thanks for the confirmation.. I had another questio because I'm over thinking everything for this interview.. when I applied I was working then I quit my job and visited my husband for 4 months when I came back to Canada I don't work but I go to school full time... Will this be a problem in the interview, that I don't work at the moment but my parents wrote a letter that they will support us in the meantime.. What are your thoughts?

The interview is to confirm the validity of the relationship from what I understand. It's not about the sponsors eligibility. Just be honest though cause lies will really mess things up.

I even thought that once sponsorship approval is sent, they don't look at sponsor file any more! It is all about applicant after that...I would be curious to know from those who ordered their CAIPS in the second stage!!

If it doesn't matter then Im ok. Im still going to try to get a job before though. Unfortunetly I can't irder the notes because it takes 30 days for them to come in, the interview is in 2 weeks. :S

Hello Everybody,

I noticed that most of you did your medical before or with the application form. I'm already in Canada on work permit and filed by application from Sydney Australia in Feb/Mar 2012 but didn't send medical. Should I go ahead and do my medical before Visa Office ask for it to speed up my file?

Appreciate any comments in advance.

I am sure that Medical should be sent with the file for Outland applicants

Thanks,

So, I guess since I was already in Canada I had the choice to file my application without the medical?
I'll try to contact Sydney Australia VO to see if I can do my medical now to speed-up the process now.

We received your application for permanent residence on February 16, 2012.
Sent Passport in On July 1st. still nothing
