Yes! My application was recieved on February 28, 2012. Still waiting.

February applicant din ako, I just sent my passport to CEM last Sept. 8 and I got DM on Sept.29.
Until Now I'm just waiting for my PP to be sent back by CEM aand hopefully together with my VISa too.
Just wait and pray. Patience is a virtue..

Okay, to extra confirm, the "application processing times" are from the filing date--i.e. my American Husband's ECAS status is currently "Application Recieved: We received the application for permanent residence on February 27, 2012.

Medical results have been received."

So it's ten months from Feb. 27 2012?

My sponsorship was approved on June 7 2012.

We haven't heard a single thing from anyone--it's not advisable to bug them and call them, is it?

My husband got his visa on October 4th.....we had interview in the morning and visa by 2pm!!!!!! yippee yahoo.....now just for the cuban government to release him!!!! but he should be here by mid-November!!!! ;D ;D ;D

It is a huge relief I know. It lasts for awhile after he lands too. Awesome feeling.

Then it gets stressful but in a different way. I need you on the other side with me. =)
