If they do get it, I hope she'll get a VISA before October cuz that's when her medical expires and I can get 3 weeks vacation from work and I want the spend them at the appropriate time...

OMG you had me ROFL with tears in my eyes...nobody else understands the humor behind you message that is not going through this frustration!!!I would make a copy of it and frame it..then the secretary could hang it on the wall next to other fails!!!
