Yes that is the e-mail that confirms sponsorship approval. They have an ottawa pilot office and mississauga.

What documents are they requesting?

Oh wow, wtf...
I got a reply and they said it is incomplete... are they kidding!?!?
This is a joke...

It's a reply, your long wait is over yay! that's a big plus now you know that they actually have your application and at least they didn't return it. Was something missing?

IMM5406. Additional Family Members.
We are pretty certain we already sent it, but we may be wrong. We do not have any children nor does she. Here's what the e-mail said (from Ottawa too):

· A separate and newly completed Additional Family Information form (IMM5406) bearing original signatures for the person(s) you are sponsoring. This must be received at this office by: 07/16/2012
· For all requested forms, questions must be answered in full. Details must be provided for every month/year since the age of 18. Do not leave any gaps or blanks. Write 'NONE' in the box if the question is not applicable to you. All forms must be signed and dated. Incomplete forms will result in a delay in the processing of your application.

Could it be something about new/old forms?

Thanks,

-TS...

Yes please view above... I am indeed relieved they got to it, but unhappy something was missing... I did not expect this... I'm looking at maybe another month before they get around to it again? How does this work, say they receive the new form within 2 weeks, how does this work?

Several members have had that document requested. There is a sneaky spot for a signature on that one. Maybe you didn't see it?

Perhaps. 3 signatures, right?

So what's the process now, do you know? I send it, and the fears start all over again. Did they receive it, did they lose it, are they going to "notice it" before the deadline? ETC. Total bullsh*t all over again. Dealing with mentally limited people is so hard.

3 signatures and It's an open case; process should go through much faster. Did they give you any sort of mailing directions. To avoid the agony; register post it.

Boooooooooooooooo.

Register post it? What do you mean?

Yes I got mailing directions: an address. I hope this will be fast. I hope they can match it with my application...

I heard it will be ONLY two weeks time to get back to your file again. Good luck !
