All the January people had the same fears. Application lost. Sponsorship denied. Etc. And they all got approval. It's just taking a long time. So we just have to wait. And try and focus on fun and positive things!

Our app was also recieved feb 8th and still nothing. I reckon there is a black hole with Feb 8th applicants

hey guys am 13 feb applicant still waiting i know i saw others from 14 to 21 they got AOR i don't understand wht's wrong with them why they r not touching they APPS from 7 to 14 wht r they waiting for mine it is been 93 days

I'm not sure, waiting today to see what date they update 'working on' on the cic website. If it's after Feb 8th, I'm calling them!

It's only 9.30am there! Civil service workers don't actually start being productive until after tea break its usually later in the day they update it.

CIC usually updates around 11 or 2 in the afternoon....I hope it says February 14th for everyone's sake, they probably decided for your batch that they would send it snail mail and you're all approved! Good luck everyone first step is almost over!

Thanks!! Hopefully this helps when I try to bring hubby into Canada next month to wait out the rest of the processing!!
