i contacted Mp this morning , and aftre half and hpur i got email from them that embassy emailed them that my hubby need to redo the medical , now we have to waity more for the process to be over ./

well that sucks, they couldn't ask for an extension if you were close to being complete? That is so dumb!

Vienna office they dont extend the medical , i have a email that they told that evrything is ok , only the medical has to be redo

It sounds like the lesson here is that when they request documents they have a good chance of misplacing or losing them. So better label them with every identifier known to humankind and then still check with the MP a month or so later to make sure they got them.

oh ya, I am completely shocked now. I have read some but not all of the stories in this forum maybe that is why it just hit me right now (must admit I have missed some of the going ons in this forum). Dont get me wrong, I am one of those people still waiting for an answer and yes mine is nearly one year and still no answer, but I have no choice but to wait. In my opinion its beyond my control and to be honest I rather use the word holy cow.

If anyone has had an interview and wouldn't mind filling out this survey I am trying to see if what I heard is correct. What I heard is that if your status changes to in-process before you are asked for an interview, you probably won't have an interview. The more people that fill this out, the more well rounded the results will be.
