Just an update - I've checked the status of my applicaton online it gave this information application in process 17th Dec 2012 (second part).

I wonder how long this will take now? The first part took 6 months I wont be surprise if this will also take same time or even longer. Any idea guys?

For inland applications, 8 months for stage 2. not sure about Outland ones.

No just some red ribbon to make your documents official if you want to use your documents here in Canada such as applying for a driver's licence...

Well... it's already Jan. 6 almost 7 (already 7 in the Phillies)... and no word yet. By this time they should have her medical re-checked. I'm worried about identity theft. Far as I know they may send a visa/copr to the wrong person that will sign it off and steal my wife's identity. Then I'd call my MP and she'll say "yeah your wife already landed" and I'll be like WTF? She's still in the Philippines! Those fucking retards' incompetence knows no bounds...

When you get things notarized - that makes documents official. And some notaries add a ribbon. So that's probably what she's talking about.

Yeah... I never expected to make up scenarios till I learnt her file ended up in India...

How much longer :\

They're trying to renew her medical since Nov. 12. It's been almost 2 months. They received her passport and additional documents Nov. 16. What the fuck could take so fucking long?

This is taking forever is 11 month of waiting and no news yet, we had the interveiw form October 18, they asked in November for his military booklet , we send to them ,in ECAS w are still in process how long we have to wait more..

I dont think so , that they moved for me anythng , my husband medical is going to expire , and when i contact MP to asked what do they think to redo medical or not they told me to wait cuz they can extend if you are close to the end. i think February 2012 file some of us dont have luck at all.
