Shocking news!!

Since my file was received on Feb 10, I won't hear anything by end of April/early May. Ridiculous!

Hi nakash:
My file also received by CPC-M on Feb 1, as per Canada Xpress Post Tracking System. Now it takes 75 days. So we have to wait some more days....
I hope it will be less than 75 days

Dr. Eng X,

Thank you for your support!
You are welcome I think the petition is still needed to keep CIC in track.

I have sent all the required documents except Singapore Police Clearance. Our documents were received back in Feb 8. My wife lived in Singapore for 4 years. and as per their website , Singapore police will only provide police clearance after getting official letter from Visa office. Our visa office is in New Delhi . So New Delhi has to send official letter to my wife , my wife will then send it to Singapore Police and Singapore police then will send it to New Delhi,

Just wondering does any one know how long it takes Singapore police to send them to New Delhi ?

Please let me know if any of your spouse has lived in Singapore for more than 6 months

Thanks

Hi Friends,

I am a February 1 sponsor (App received by CPC-M on Feb 1, as per Canada Xpress Post Tracking System). I haven't heard anything. As per the January applicants' thread on this forum, many of them are waiting as well. I don't even wanna dare to call CPC-M. It seems like they are giving a lot of incorrect/incomplete info to people who call. Just planning to wait it out for the Sponsorship Approval (and file moving to CHC-ND). Anybody else here whose file reached CPC-M on Feb 1 (or fairly close to that date)?

I am really hoping that I hear something from them this month. Getting anxious and missing my wife.

ours was received on Jan 31st (courier confirmation of delivery)...different month just one day apart ;)....this month should be THE month....

Amen!!!

This is an absolute nonsense. CIC is so unorganized about this matter. 75 days now is another blow. I guess all we can do is just wait n wait n wait.. and hope for the good.

I hope they updated every week - accurately and promptly. That helps calm me down. Lol.

Fellow February users, please PM or contact me in this thread if any of you wish to take over the February 2012 spreadsheet.

I have opened it up to public edits but I hope someone would like to take control entirely. Please let me know. Thank you.

Nobody willing to take on the spreadsheet? Or even share spreadsheeting duties with me?

I guess I can stick around and carry on updating the spreadsheet, but I think I'll just need to stick to this one thread and try not to spend too much time reading through this forum generally, as I think I'm finding the frustration hard to cope with and it's quite contagious. A little less time spent dwelling on all of this for hours every day will be good for me (probably good for us all, lol).

Thanks, I can not stop my addiction myself but it is all because of this lengthy stressfull process.
