MY card was charged on April 23. Any idea how long before i can call them to chekc if fingerprints were ok.

my card was cashed on 14.04 and FBI asked me to check back next week.

It may take a couple of days for dispatching after processing.

They will dispatch on the third day from processing. then depending on the location delivery time differs.
If within the US it will get delivered within 5 days.

I have a question guys, when the fingerprints are rejected they still send a report to your address? (some letter indicating that the prints were rejected) or they don't send anything.

FBI will send you a letter stating the reason of fingerprints rejection. I received that letter once.

No but you still can write an email to liaison @ leo . gov and you can get their response if they are rejected. Again, on my first request I was informed also by email well ahead before getting the rejection letter.

and a few minutes ago, also I got a response to my enquiry that the 2nd fingerprints request processing has been completed and the report will be sent on 27.04.2015.

Just called the FBI and they told me that my prints were acepted and the report was sent on the 20th.

I am not from Saudi Arabia but you may print the FBI fingerprint form from fbi . Gov and take it to a police station and ask them if they can take your fingerprints on the FBI form. Or check on the Internet if you can find any fingerprinting agencies that can take your fingerprints for a fee. Personally, there is an international service at the main police administration in rabat, where I took my fingerprints. I do not advise you you take them yourself as there is a strong probability that might get refused and then get stuck for months.

I just found out my second set of fingerprints have been rejected after inquiring about it after so long. I sent in the application on Jan 27th and it was received on the 28th. I already did MR and submitted RFPR and asked for extension for the FBI report. What should I do? I am so bummed out! :'(
