Hello,
I don't understand how your reports were dispatched on the 10th. As my application was received on 21st January and reports were dispatched on 16th April.
Nothing against you brother!!! just wondering how it is possible.
And Congratulations by the way. I know its like climbing the everest getting fingerprints approved by FBI !!! ;D

Hi canadacalling. Even I wonder how come my PCC was dispatched so early. If this case is obscure, then the call center guy gave me a wrong info. But, I have come across few such cases earlier on this forum. But you know, I am just done with my PCC. I have no invitation from CIC as yet. What I will do with just a PCC in my hands? Poor me . I am stuck at 349 points & I think it will take ages to get an ITA. All the best bro!

App Received on: Dec 10th, 2014
CC Charged on: March 3rd, 2015
Mailed out on: March 24th, 2015

I am worried that my FBI clearance certificate is lost in the mail as it is almost 4 weeks and I've still not received it in the mail. I am in Bangalore, India and was expecting that the mail should be received by me in 2-3 weeks. Is there a way that I can request the FBI to send me a duplicate copy? Also, can I get it picked up by the courier company rather than they mailing me again by First class US mail?

Please suggest what should I do as I am really nervous.

You can send them an email requesting a duplicate report. they will send it.
Regarding having a courier company pick it up I recall someone once posted that he had setup an account with FedEx and FBI had it delivered through FedEx. I am unaware of the process though. Give them a call on 001-304-625-5590 and also email on liason @ leo.gov explaining your situation that you have a deadline to submit the Report

You may call CJIS office, they will accept ur request to provide duplicate report after 4 weeks completion from date of despatch by FBI. And possibly check if you can get the duplicate report mailed to ur frendz or family in US. better not to take 2nd chance to mail them back again to India. since in my case also same issue. never got the report in India.
