Hello Seniors... I have my 3rd line around 21st Feb. all I was pending with FBI report, which I submitted recently this week. I would like to check how much time it may take for DM/ PPR. please let me know your views. Thanks.

You may call CJIS office, they will accept ur request to provide duplicate report after 4 weeks completion from date of despatch by FBI. And possibly check if you can get the duplicate report mailed to ur frendz or family in US. better not to take 2nd chance to mail them back again to India...

You can call @ +1-304-625-5590, and to my knowledge in general CC will be charged 11-12 weeks time frame. You can call them check for status.
