Credit Card Charged - April 14, 2015

I was very nervous as I had come across many posts pertaining to fingerprint rejection for multiple times. But, feeling lucky now! All the best to all the aspirants.

Congrats. When did you call? Mine was also received on Jan 27 but few days ago they were processing Jan 21.

Wizard, I would have sent an e-mail if I were at your place. I would suggest you to bring this error to FBI's notice. Most probably they will send you a fresh letter which will take few more days though. But, it will ensure a hassle free CIC application process. ATB!

Experts! Does the envelop enclosing the PCC contain the phone number of a recipient? I & my family is away from the home & I am scared that the courier may be returned back to PCC in my absence. Has anyone come across this situation? In such situations can we expect a call from a post-man?

Secondly, how many days does it take for the PCC to reach India? My PCC was dispatched on April 10.

Hi Shrini,

To India at least 10 days to 2 weeks. It is sent via normal post. It should be in your mail box even if you are away. If you know the local Post Office folks have someone [friend/family] notify them about getting this mail. Its really hard/takes a long time to get hold of PCC if sent back.
