Ideally very less or almost 0%. But FBI clearance's only purpose is not only Canada Visa and many want to goto Canada from USA so that once they get citizenship can come back to USA to work.

Interesting!! So if you have a CA citizenship, you don’t need a working visa to work in US?
I thought you would have to travel back to Canada every six month and reenter to US.

Info is correct, only for GC holders and Citizens!!!

An FBI-approved Channeler may only process requests for a U.S. person (an individual who is a citizen of the U.S. or a lawful permanent resident of the U.S.). A lawful permanent resident is any person not a citizen of the U.S. who is residing in the U.S. under legally recognized and lawfully recorded permanent residence as an immigrant (also known “Permanent Resident Alien,” “Resident Alien Permit Holder,” and “Green Card Holder”).

I guess that may depends on channeler, some do not process for non US/GC holder, some (or even one) will do for every one. Who is willing to contact each of them for inquery this .

I THINK you still need a working visa (TN visa) to work in US unless the company is based out of Canada.

Any OCT 27 applicant got FBI PCC on hand. Called FBI last week n they said it is completed and mailed but I am yet to receive it. Getting worried because it might get lost too (

Its not that you don't need any visa.

Though you are Canadian Citizen ,if you want to work in USA you will need Visa which is called as TN Visa.

"Most of them" do work on Saturdays, again it depends .You can put your zip code in google and check if the USPS near your address open/works on Saturday, if it is then they do deliver mails on Saturday.

I too went to the local police station and got it for 20$ for me and my wife. If you are a GC holder or Citizen, you can get your FBI report in 24 hrs [biasing?].

Oct 28 applicants (me and my wife). While her PCC was received by a relative in the US, mine is still pending. Hope they deliver it today. USPS delivers mail on Saturdays.

can we change our mailing address with fbi ,,i gave them my home country address but fbi is using local post it will take almost 3 to 4 week to get it in my home country from local post..can i gave them mailing address of US..my application is already received and crossed 1st step....any suggestion

At last report received exactly on end of 17 long weeks !!!

Below is my time line for FBI Pcc

Application received: 27th October
Cc charged : 20th January
Search completed : 12th February
Report date : 12th February
Date received : 21st February (US address in North east )

May be I m one among few people are in the peak of the bell curve( system upgradation delay). Hope this delay will come down for nov 2nd week onwards applicants!!
