FBI PCC FROM AGENCIES IN INDIA

hey guys,
anyone here who has got his fbi pcc from agencies in india and got accepted by cic ???
people in the forum have mixed reviews. i haven't got anyone saying that they got rejected. i think people stop replying after they get their PR, that is y we cannot find out what means they used for getting thr FBI PCC.
i came across few guys who told me that they used agencies to get pcc by fast route and cic accepted their pcc.

lets connect here and share our experiences. it will help others in future.

Don't do it. It is either a scam or it is obtained through lying to the FBI by claiming that you are a US citizen or permanent resident to get the PCC that fast.
It is your decision at the end. Do whatever floats your boat.

ok. one of my friend is in US and he is not a citizen or a green card holder. he too got clearance from fbi through a private company in US. how come her got his pcc then ??? what if there are more agencies in US which do such stuff and have a tally with fbi ??

there can be . which we might not have an idea about.

and i just taked to someone who got pcc for him and his wife athrough agency and got through with cic and got his COPR.

any expert opinions are welcomed.

Again, it is your decision. Having someone or some people getting away with a not allowed act doesn't constitute a rule. It is still not accepted.
As per FBI:

An FBI-approved Channeler may only process requests for a U.S. person.​

As per CIC:

Please note that FBI-approved channeler service is only available to U.S. citizens and permanent residents.​

If someone got through with it that does not mean that you will get through too. Why take chances?

ya..i got u..but my question is how can one get through if the document is a fake one ? It might be valid which most people doesn't follow or know about ..

If it was so easy to get it in few days and by spending some extra money, why do you think people wait for 3 months to get it through proper channel? Can't they spend extra money to expedite it? There is a reason for that. And that is following the rules and getting it through proper channel.

It is not FAKE. It is true FBI report. But obtained by claiming yourself to be a US citizen of permanent resident to get it in few days through channelers. So, the document itself is not necessarily fake.

come on bro..a US citizen will have to provide SSN number and with SSN number there is all the data including name and credit scores and all other important data. nobody can fake that with FBI. There must be something which most of us dont know.It is a national security thing, nobody can just fake it and get through.There must be a loop hole.

If it was so easy to get it in few days and by spending some extra money, why do you think people wait for 3 months to get it through proper channel? Can't they spend extra money to expedite it? There is a reason for that. And that is following the rules and getting it through proper channel.

I got ur point , i have been reading these forums since July.then how come my friend in US who is not a Us citizen on J1 visa got it through a private company in Baltimore in 40$. He had the option of the normal process. But he went with the fast track.

Nobody has a valid reason to defend their point.
I am not saying that we should go for the fast processing. But how can one breach the code if it not valid ?? That too with US and Canada ?

You don't have to submit SSN for FBI PCC even if you have it.

FBI is not doing a complete background check in this case. They are just checking their criminal database in this case.

Which card? And ask the agency in India if they will get the letter shipped to an Indian address.

fd-258, we write our address on it.

how does that matter ? address thing ? i ordered my pcc ot my brother's address in US. fbi gives that offer. We can get it on any address.

It is not a resident of the US, it is a US permanent resident. These are two completely different things. A permanent resident can have any mailing address.

i thought US has citizens and green card holders.
if i fill my address of india,how can the agency change that to US address. U want to say that US permanent resident can put India's address on the fd-258 ? why would someone do that if he is US permanent resident. ??

The Channelers send electronic prints to the FBI. They don't send the FD-258 hard copy like others.

I think nobody is sure how it works. People are following what everyone is doing. even i am doing the same. i hav 30 days in first extenstion. by normal route i might need 2 more extensions till february if fbi doesnt speed up things.
I just wanted that people who had got PCC through agencies would come here and give their testimonies but i think they are already in Canada , busy finding jobs...

if u say that agencies use channelers to process things faster , but the agencies take fingerprints on card and now u just said that channelers do not use fd-258 cards, they send electronic prints.
Then how can an agency using FD258 card go through the channelers when dont have electronic prints ?
