Re: FBI Clearances Urgent (approved FBI digital Channeler)
God, the CIC are a waste of space. They shouldn't even require an FBI check for Americans, they have complete Access to the USA databases, as per the agreement they signed in 2010.
They are basically asking for something they already have, and asking applicants to create redundancies because they don't have faith in their own system (when it comes to a possible positive outcome). Yet when an American comes to the border to visit Canada and they have a misdemeanor, the record that appears with scanning their passport is more than enough to deny them entry.
This is the one we used. http://www.myfbireport.com/am12345 said:That's strange I got my wife's FBI check through one of the approved FBI digital Channeler (took 4 working days to get), and used it for her application in September. No problems it was accepted. It was identical to the FBI check that would come in the mail from the FBI directly. Although my wife's application was a "rehabilitation application" made at the Canadian border so it was processed by CBSA and CIC. I'm not sure if that makes any difference.
Dear member: Plz can you let me know the name or website of the approved FBI digital channeler that you have applied for FBI report. I know there are several listed at the United States FBI website but it will be good to know the one get accepted by CIC, I needed for ARC(authorization to return to Canada). Actually i already ordered one copy directly from FBI which total took 18 weeks for me to get it but just now this month i come to notice that i might need to send separate United States FBI check to ARC department and one to my immigration officer. My immigration application is at final stage just waiting for this FBI check and ARC so don't want to wait again 18 weeks for another FBI report. Kindly anyone in this forum know the website that take international applications and process quickly as i be applying from Karachi plz let me know,Thanx
