If your father is employed with an employer, do there also u need to file ITR or just salary slips and employee's letter works out..without getting more into details..is it also cross verified.??
Employed with salary generally means Form 16 instead of ITR. Salary slips are fine but I don't see point since it will show same income anyway? Dont submit false info or fake slips.

Thats what i am asking..does there any cross checking or enquiry done..
Listen, you don't need to file IT if income below 5 Lakh. Write what you want In questionare but don't give fake docs as they might verify.

if u give ITR, then there is nothing to be verified. all documents are needed to be notarized by a lawyer.

I have question for all of members here

1) Is is mandatory to pay first year fee (2 sems) if you entire course duration is 8 months (2 sems)?
2) I have read the Study Permit checklist and guidelines and no where it is mentioned that I have to pay my tution fee in full when my course itself is for one year. I cannot assume anything till its written in any guidelines.

Please advise.

Also I think I can apply for Student Visa under General Category by just paying for my 1st semster and the attaching the recepit of it. I do not think it will be a immigaration issue when I can show that I have enough funds to pay my second semester fee later.

Any thoughts?

in vfs checklist it is said that
We highly recommend u to pay ur first year fees along with 10000 CAD loan or GIC as living expense.

this is the case for indian applicants.
