Send ur birth certificate again and attach any other govt issued document or card that shows applicants name and birthdate on it. Hope this helps.     I wasnt asked for printed photos so i send them an email attachment. I was asked 20 and i had sent 20 with application. We have another applicant who sent 35-50 photos. So you can send around that if u want.
