Family ties in your country?? Help!

Which documents are required to show that your parents have property in your country of residence and you have share in their property and business?? I am in serious trouble..please help!! :-[

yap thats enough u will show that and afadavit frmon that member who has prpoperty means fatheror mother and property evaluation
no bodyhave their own property every body shows their parental so dont worry just go ahead

Along with affidavits should we attach photocopies of property documents (registry or sale deed)?

yap if u have original then that should be submitted AS ORIGINAL AND if no origin then photo copy must be attested by noatry public but
for strong case original must be there

CHC will never accept an application with deeds. You have to do a property valuation (from bank/CA firm) and submit that along with the application. NO original/photocopy/notarized deed!

I did mine from a CA firm...much easier than doing it from bank I guess. You just have to take the property deeds to a CA firm and they will do the rest but the service is not free.

I have 3 years of professional experience in an Oil & Gas Company, and the program i've been accepeted into is also "MEng - Oil & Engineering" which is relevant to my undergraduate degree (Mechanical Engineering) and Job.

Can anyone guide me with documents that I should attach in order to show Family Ties? Im attaching the following documents:
1. My Pay Slip
2. My Father's Employment Proof
3. Family Registration Certificate from NADRA

I have a 20,000 CAD per year scholarship. I guess I dont need to add a strong bank statement and PROPERTY DOCUMENTS?

Also .. two of my brothers are serving in Army .. and My father is also a retired officer now working in a private firm ... Any special document that I require????

CA stands for chartered accountant. They have their private firms and some of them evaluate properties and produce statements of fixed assets, which can be submitted to CHC as a supporting document.

It would probably cost you 2000TK per sponsor.
