write a cover letter explaining your back ground and how you cam enhance it by completing the program and in Canada and how you can bring new skill sets to the Job market back home after completing studies. Elaborate upon this

References like your job manager/supervisor referring you to go abroad and study and come back with improved skill or affiliation like if you are involved with some sort of organization or something who needs you back.

But in case of undergraduate student he cannot show any kind of job or any affilition with organization...
so in that case,would you suggest that he write a strong coverletter explaining the whole study plan, apart from property.

Property is the strongest tie along with family members. Alongside, you can write a strong cover letter, thats up to you. It is a controversial thing that coverletters/study plans are of no use so I won't say anything. But I did submit a study plan since I prefer to play safe.

i have done the the affidavit,but didnt notarize it because in that my advocate mentioned that my father will bring me back after completion of my studies.should i tell him to remove that point or what should i tell him?

That statement is necessary in all affidavit. So I would suggest not to remove that line.
