Hi friends...im Vgitha.my question is can a refugee claimer bring family to canada after his case gets accepted ? Or does he need to wait for his PR and then bring the family to canada

When you apply for you PR, include them in the application. It should be processed at the same time as your, maybe a bit longer. Before that, it would be difficult (not impossible, but extremely difficult) to get them any sort of visa.

Oh ok...even the family reunification OYW program takes one year? Is it

Yes - it's because it's through the refugee program. Agreed you have another 2 years or so to wait before family can move to Canada.

Parents and grand parents would likely have to wait until you qualify to sponsor them for PGP. Unless the siblings are dependent on the parents, they would have to find their own way to immigrate to Canada.

There are no guarantees parents will ever be able to get PR in Canada. If you get the opportunity to sponsor your parents and your siblings are under 22 that would be the only way to sponsor them.
