Actually my husband had his case hearing last month..and we are expecting a positive decision.myself and our two kids are suffering alot without him.he included us in his application.but as far as i know him getting PR will take more than 2 years.but in USA asylum seekers can bring their family when thWhen you apply for you PR, include them in the application. It should be processed at the same time as your, maybe a bit longer. Before that, it would be difficult (not impossible, but extremely difficult) to get them any sort of visa.
