Family Information 5645 for parents visitor visa

Hi All, I am helping my parents fill out the Family Information form 5645 for their visitor visa application.

Is it mandatory for them to fill DOB of each of my grandparents (my parents' parents) and uncles and aunts (my parents' siblings)?

If we don't know the exact DOBs can we approximate or put '*' for any of them either deceased or alive?

Oh that’s why I couldn’t find this info on application docs checklist
But I saw it somewhere in application checklist
Imm 5484 won’t open these days so not sure if it’s just me or it’s simply unavailable
