Hi all,
I need a help please.
My spouse visa application is progressing. It is taking more time than expected. I would like to bring her to canada in visiting visa. Right now her application is in new delhi visa office, India.
My confusion is when she is in Canada, if her passport request comes, what to do in that case?
Is it possible to submit her passport in Ottawa visa office for visa stamping or something like that?
Or she has to go back to India to submit her passport?
Anybody in this forum faced similar situation. Please suggest. Thanks in advance.

Does she already have a TRV? If not, with a sponsorship app in process, she has little chance of being approved for one.

If she is in Canada, yes, she can submit her passport to Ottawa.
