Thank you all for the advice , and to be clarify , I had asking my mom to move back to live me for years but she just not willing to do so , she is comfortable with the weather and environment in Canada over 25 years, force her to move back to re-establish just make this old woman live in unhappiness ( i may use the wrong term of kill instead of make her suffer ) especially in this old age , i just want her to have a happy living .Lately she has medical issues need family around to take care , so I have to cut off my job to move over to accompany with her which can be few month or over year , that's why I may apply H&C while in Canada .
Ah. Well, we all want to make our families happy so I understand that. In addition to what canuck78 said, as a visitor, you are not eligible to work. H&C applications take the LONGEST, I believe the fastest I've seen so far is 2 and a half years. But, it would be unwise for you to apply for H&C when you arrive on a TRV because the possibility of rejection will be 99.99% as you have no established life in Canada (you're not a volunteer in the community, no job, no children who are dependent on you staying in Canada to live, etc...) Plan for not being able to work for 3 years or more if you want to go the H&C route. School fees are about 15000 CAD per year per child. Medical insurance. Daily needs. Etc. Best of luck!
