Family Appl: PPR Received for Study, OWP & TRV

My Child had received his TRV on 5th Feb 2021. My Spouse and myself received PPR today. She had applied for an OWP. However, her biometrics still haven't been updated. I would like to know whether we are all allowed to travel to Canada or not.

Profile updated in February 5th 2021 : Medicals approved, Biometrics Approved.
24th February 2021: Final Decision approved - Original Passport Request

My wife's details are the same except that she re-did her Biometrics in February. But her Final decision changed to Approved and also received a passport request.
