I am also going to Saskatoon in SIAST college for electronics technician program on sept-2013 intake. Applied for visa on 23rd July.

i think people who have applied on june 20th especially are havin ths prob,,even i applied on june 20th and it has been received by chc delhi on 21st and it is stil under processin,same applies to ur criteria,and der s one other frnd,whom i knw,has applied on t same date,,,and he s also facin t same issue,i dono wat s going on out der for june 20th applicants

Today at around 3:45 pm I called the CHC Delhi and they said to sent my query by mail ONLY , phone or any person's visit will not be entertained in terms of passport and visa status .
Now except for sending a mail I have no other option and wait.

Applied on 15th but at chc chandigarh...chandigarh is taking time
