extension and visitor record

Hi there,

I am applying for the visitor extension, but my application was returned due to "there is no enclosed of copy of visitor record", so I need to apply for the visitor record first, then after I got it, I can attach it to my extension application? Is it correct?

Also, how do I apply for the visitor record? Can anyone tell me which form I should fill out?

Do you still have status in Canada or has it expired?

Thank you for your reply. I am still in Canada as a visitor (no work, no study), and it will be expired in December, so I want to have my extension done ASAP.
