Hello, I have a spouse work permit which is expiring in Dec 2020.
My wife just completed a week back her PG from University waiting for final sem transcript to apply for PGWP.
But months back we applied for her OINP and got nomination certificate. With that she got ITA on January 2020 and we submitted online with medicals and RCMP upfront. Now her application says medical passed on Mar 16 2020.
Due to covid the processing is slow and I do not know how long it will take.
If this process is going to extend beyond my OWP expiry date, can i apply for work permit extension based on her PR application which is in process?
I am asking this because, I am not sure when she can apply and get her PGWP and when she will get a job.
