I am currently on PGWP and will apply for CEC - EE as soon as I finish 1 year of experience in canada.
My NOC is 2171 which is of level A.
My employer is ready to go for LMIA process so that I can get 50 points in EE. However, I am not sure which process would be best.
1) Regular LMIA process (which could takes months ?) and then apply with job offer + Positive LMIA ?
2) Waiting till I create EE and Job Bank profile and employer applies for LMIA directly through that ? I heard this is free and takes just 10 days ?
3) Global Talent Stream - Category B as my NOC is in that list...they are processing LMIA request in 10 days..
One more thing is I already have a permanent job offer while on my PGWP. Should employer issue a new job offer with same job title/requirements for LMIA process ?
I am confused and not sure which process should i recommend to my employer.
